ORMIPO is designed around data minimisation. We only process personal data needed to operate the service securely, provide support and meet legal obligations.

Data we process

Depending on use, ORMIPO may process account data, security data, device and object data, last received positions, limited location history and technical logs. For a future commercial service, payment information will be handled by a payment provider wherever possible.

Location data

Location data is sensitive. Under the current privacy decision, historic location observations are retained for no more than 30 days. Access is restricted to the account, organisation and assigned roles.

No advertising tracking

This website uses no advertising cookies, marketing pixels or external analytics trackers. The ORMIPO app does not create advertising profiles.

Security and suppliers

ORMIPO applies appropriate technical and organisational measures. Service providers receive only the information needed for their defined task and are contractually bound where required.

Your rights

Where provided by law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data and object to processing. Final contact and controller details will be added before commercial launch.

Status of this statement

ORMIPO is currently pre-commercial. This statement describes the present design and testing phase and will be legally validated and completed before sales begin.
